Hospitalization Procedures

After outpatient consultation, please come to the Inpatient Support Center on the 1st floor (No. 11).

What is the Inpatient Support Center?

At the Inpatient Support Center, administrative staff, nurses, and pharmacists provide various kinds of support from the time you are admitted to the hospital.

Administrative staff

We will explain about life in the hospital and rental of pajamas, etc.

Nurse

We will confirm together with the patient and family the details of treatment, schedule, and anticipated length of hospital stay. We also provide support for living at home. If necessary, in collaboration with the discharge support nurse, we will support the patient so that he/she can live a life of recuperation with peace of mind during and after hospitalization.

Pharmacist

We will check your current medications, side effects, and allergies with your medication book, etc. Medications that need to be withdrawn will be reconfirmed and explained to the patient and family. Information obtained from the patient will be shared with the pharmacist in charge of the ward, and information will be provided to the insurance dispensing pharmacy as necessary.
