・Only two family members are allowed to visit.
・Visits are held 3times a week between 13:00 and 16:00 on weekdays for 30 minutes only.
・Please be sure to wear a mask.
・Those with cold symptoms are not allowed to enter the ward.

Visit on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

・Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, visits are prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays for the time being.

・This does not apply to pediatrics and obstetrics.
・This does not apply to those who come to the hospital at the request of the hospital.
・Visitation restrictions are subject to change without prior notice depending on the infection status. Please note.

Regarding medical examinations after the medical treatment period has been lifted

If your symptoms have calmed down, please visit the hospital after 10 days of the medical treatment period has passed.

*If you visit the hospital within 10 days, we may conduct a specific examination. Please understand.

Takatsuki General Hospital falls under the category of "high-risk facilities, etc.". Therefore, if your symptoms are stable, please visit the hospital after 10 days of recuperation, regardless of whether you are symptomatic or asymptomatic. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in our infection control measures.

If you are a regular patient and are short of medication, please call the outpatient counter for advice.



Outpatient Fever Information by appointment only by phone on the same day

Information on outpatient fever clinic is subject to change at any time. Please be sure to check the top page for the latest information.
Fever Outpatient Clinic is available only for patients with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, fatigue, etc.
Asymptomatic patients (including close contacts) cannot be seen.
The number of outpatients with fever has been increasing rapidly, putting pressure on emergency medical services. Therefore, we are limiting the number of outpatients with fever. We appreciate your understanding.

Outpatient fever visits on and after August 8, 2022 will be by appointment only by phone on the same day.

Same-day appointments for outpatient fever consultations are only available by phone from Monday through Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

About the inspection

Due to the rapid increase in the number of new coronavirus tests, there is a possibility of a shortage of test reagents. Therefore, Takatsuki General Hospital has decided to take the necessary measures in accordance with the infection situation agreed upon by the Osaka Prefectural Government.
A medical examination will be conducted by a physician. (Prescriptions are available when necessary.)
Asymptomatic patients and persons in close contact with the patient cannot be examined for confirmatory tests.

Payment and Selective Medical Treatment Fee

Cash only is accepted at the Fever Outpatient Clinic. Credit cards are not accepted.
If you do not have a medical information form (letter of referral), you will be charged a fee for selective medical care. Holders of Child Medical Card, Single Parent Family Medical Card will also be charged.

Information of medical interpretation service

1. Family members, friends, etc. of the patient may offer to assist with communication between the patient and the healthcare provider, but we ask that they are accompanied by a medical interpreter with specialist knowledge to prevent possible errors in the translation of medical terms and to protect personal data.

2. Takatsuki General Hospital provides an interpretation service for patients who are unable to be accompanied by a medical interpreter. If a healthcare provider finds it difficult to communicate with a patient in Japanese, they may suggest the use of an interpreter service.

Although every effort is made to respect your religions and beliefs (meals, prayer etc.), please note that we may not be able to meet all of your requests and requirements.



Medical information provided by patients

We do not provide a service to translate medical information from previous doctors. Please ensure that the information has been translated into Japanese or English in advance.



Legal Aspects of Medical Care at Our Hospital

The instructions and consent forms used at our hospital shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Japanese law.
We operate all the medical treatment at our hospital based on Japanese law.
If a legal settlement becomes necessary in relation to the medical treatment provided by our hospital, the Osaka District Court has jurisdiction based on Japanese law.
